1. Overview

Keep Blooming Wholesale Inc. ships floral supplies, wrapping materials, and fresh-cut flowers across Canada. This page explains our order processing, carriers, delivery timelines, and how we handle perishable (fresh flower) orders.

2. Order Processing Times

  • Non-perishable items: 1–2 business days to process.
  • Fresh-cut flowers: Processed according to our weekly fulfillment schedule. Contact us for current cut-off dates and weekly availability.
  • Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays begin processing the next business day.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship with all major carriers available in Canada including Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, UPS, DHL, local Alberta couriers, and freight providers for large/palletized shipments. The carrier used depends on order size, destination, and chosen service.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier. We do not currently offer flat-rate or free shipping thresholds for online orders. Bulk/freight shipments will be quoted prior to dispatch.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Within Alberta: 1–3 business days
  • Rest of Canada (major centres): 2–5 business days
  • Remote or northern regions: 4–10+ business days

These are estimates only — carrier delays, weather, and high-season volume can affect transit time.

6. Local Pickup (Edmonton)

Local pickup is available 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You'll receive pickup instructions by email when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and ID.

7. Free Local Delivery (Edmonton Area)

We offer free local delivery within the Edmonton area. Delivery times are coordinated based on product availability and your location.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: possible for small parcels via Canada Post; some couriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Freight shipments require a commercial address or unloading capability.
  • Additional transit time and fees may apply for remote locations or special delivery services.

9. Fresh-Cut Flowers (Perishables)

  • Fresh flowers are packed with insulation and hydration to maintain quality during transit.
  • Weekly cut-off times and availability vary — contact us for current schedules and cut-off deadlines.
  • Fresh-cut flowers are final sale. If flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, follow our damage claims process below.

10. Delivery Requirements & Signatures

Some shipments require a signature. If no one is available, carriers may leave a delivery notice and attempt re-delivery. Re-delivery or storage fees may apply if packages are unclaimed.

11. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments

Please inspect packages upon delivery. Report damage or missing items within 48 hours by emailing info@keepbloomingwholesale.ca or calling +1 (825) 343-8299. Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of packaging and damaged items
  • Short description of the issue

We will review claims and, where appropriate, issue a replacement, refund, or store credit after carrier investigation.

12. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping charges.

13. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, extreme weather, labour disputes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. We will communicate significant delays when possible.

14. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled only if they have not been processed or shipped. Fresh flower orders cannot be cancelled once the weekly processing window has closed.

15. Insurance & Liability

Standard carrier liability applies. If you need additional insurance for a high-value shipment, request it before shipping (additional fees may apply).

16. Bulk / Freight Shipments

Large orders shipped by freight may require liftgate service or dock access. A freight quote and delivery instructions will be provided prior to shipping.
